Return Policy

Our returns policy is for 14 days from the day of purchase. If for any reason, the date of purchase exceeds 14 days, we are unable to offer an exchange or refund.
We are committed to providing the best for our customers, and for any reason you are not satisfied with your product, you can return it to us within 14 days of purchase. Please make sure the item is in unused condition and within its original packaging. The item should be returned unused. Buyers who are responsible for returning the item to us are responsible for paying for the shipping. The buyer's responsibility is to ensure the correct postage is paid to avoid loss of items in transit. If the product is lost in transit in the returns process for any reason, we cannot offer an exchange or refund.
Non-refundable items
We strongly advise all our customers to make sure they are satisfied with the scent before purchase. Once shipped, we cannot accept returns as the oils can be used on the skin and for the safety of our customer's, we cannot resell the product.
If you would like to try a new scent, we recommend our customers purchase a 1ml sample. This is a more cost-effective approach and ensures customers are satisfied with the order.
We are more than happy to offer refunds upon successfully receiving the product. If we inspect the product and notice it is faulty, we are pleased to offer an exchange or refund. Please be aware that we will decide if we can offer an exchange or refund upon successful inspection of the product. Refunds can only be to the original payment method.
Incorrect delivery details or missed delivery
If for any reason the item is not accepted at delivery or delivery details provided were incorrect, items will be returned to us. Please be aware that an additional delivery charge will be added to your order to have it shipped back out to you. If the item is being held at Royal Mail for missed collection and Royal Mail requests further fees, it is the buyer's responsibility to pay them.
